The Place offers you an exceptional San Juan Island dining experience. The restaurant sits over the water with a view of the harbor. The ambience is comfortable, artistic and romantic, surrounded by views of the water and fine local art. Our food is fresh Northwest; classic but innovative using local farms for our organic produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, meat and lamb that are naturally raised, locally roasted coffee and Island wines. Our menu is seasonal with an emphasis on local and regional fish and shellfish in the spring, summer and fall. We bake our own bread fresh daily and prepare all of our sauces, soups, desserts and other specialties in house.

The San Juan Agricultural Council has certified us for being a supporter of locally grown and made food and beverage products. We have been supporters of local agriculture and local businesses since opening 17 years ago.
